Courtesy Transportation Program (CTP) vehicles are loaners that a dealership provides to customers while their cars are serviced. The CTP vehicle may be eligible for New Vehicle incentives offered when sold as a retail sale or lease. Michigan regulations stipulate that it must be sold as USED.
