My truck that I purchased from you is a 2015 silverado with less than 90,000. I brought it in on my scheduled day and it took nearly 3 weeks and 750.00 for any answers. Once they finally got it in the said it was total engine failure transmission failure and a/c compressor failure and it would be 22,000 to fix it which is just laughable. No rebuild no fixing total engine and transmission failure. Then when I called to see if I needed it towed somewhere I was told no all they did was top it up with oil and I could drive it no problem. I'm taking it to a different shop getting it looked at now. The length of time it was at your shop with no loner car available was ridiculous and the 22,000 to fix it is terrible I paid 25000 for that truck at your place less than three years ago I still owe 18,000 and they are asking me for 22,000 on a still low miles truck. On top of all that they had me pay 750 dollars for diagnostic fee when I was told it had a bad lifter the first week it was there then he checked the oil and said it was an engine failure didn't drain the oil or anything I know that because thats what I was told. Oil changes were always regularly done at your place no mention of a lifter also I brought my truck in back in February or sooner and was told it wasn't making and noise I'd have to bring it back but not to worry I still had warranty coverage until the end of August we'll I brought it in there at the beginning of June and guess what low and behold warranty coverage was out. Not what they said last time I brought it in for that.
