    I do not recall meeting the Service Advisor, Laura Hosmer previously, but found her very professional. Service was 15,000 mile, 18 month checkup. Servicing was completed in a little over an hour, and I waited in the lounge, reading a book. Lounge is clean, quiet and comfortable with amenities including fresh popcorn and a hi-end coffee brewer, along with vending machines containing various snacks. I have been a customer of Labadie for ~ 15 years and the Service Dept has been an important factor in my satisfaction and repeat business.

    I have no problem with the service department as they diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the free oil change, tire rotations and even washed the car being I bought it from there but am disappointed with the part not being available and would have to buy a whole other part for that one part, and it being a used part (which could break like the one I had). To clarify, I have a 2013 Buick Enclave whose inside door handle connection broke. They couldn't fix the part (latch) and could only order a whole "used" whole door panel to replace the simple part and because new ones are no longer available. Why would I buy a used one that could go bad like the one I have? Bad engineering and very costly at what would have been $695 for a simple cable and ball that connects to the door latch... the latch wouldn't keep that connection. Very frustrating...
